Lesley University, M.Ed. Elementary Education; College of the Holy Cross, B.A. Studio Art and Psychology
Every child has their own learning style and set of strengths and weaknesses. Because of this I believe that it is important to provide students with a variety of pathways to understanding. By creating an environment where students learn to respect each other as learners and as individuals, students will feel secure to challenge their understanding of concepts and grow with the support of their peers. Children possess an innate passion and curiosity that drives them to explore the world around them. I hope to foster this curiosity in the classroom by encouraging students to ask questions and seek answers.
