 I believe that all students are capable and should have an equal opportunity to learn. Therefore it is my job, as well as my pleasure, to help guide young learners to new discoveries in learning. Students should be encouraged to explore their interests and challenged to do their best in all their learning experiences. My desire as a teacher is to create a nurturing and supportive environment in the classroom where students feel comfortable to make mistakes, ask questions, explore, and make discoveries as a classroom community. I hope to create an environment that fosters students to become life long learners as well as successful individuals.
